This 1300C-ACS electric muffle kiln with a 32-segment standard controller and 11.5 L chamber. This kiln was especially designed for working with all, most popular materials such as: metals, ceramics, glazing, stones, enamels and others that should be heated up to temperatures up to 1300 c/2372 f. For your safety, this kiln has also a secure mechanism that will disconnect the kiln’s power supply from the heating elements if the door of the kiln is open or closed not properly. It also has one 16-mm hole with a stainless steel shutter on the door to see firing objects during firing process. It has also a digital, over/low-temperature regulation secure system to hold same temperature during the whole soaking process and a smoothing circuit digital guard for accurate reading and stability work of the programmable controller on fluctuations of electricity that is very important option for most ceramic, glazing and pottery firing processes.

We also designed and implemented an unique air circulation system on this kiln which will allow you to distribute the heat evenly inside the chamber and therefore the materials inside will be heating up evenly throughout the entire chamber. Due to increased air flow circulation, the required firing temperature can be reached in a shorter amount of time. Also, the heat being transferred more efficiently will significantly reduce the risk of overheating the heating element and consequently will extend its lifespan, which in return will make your kiln last longer
