This is the most useful R-1100P-ACS Air circulation system Kiln with Programmable time/temperature controller and 11.5 cubic litter spacious chamber that is especially designed for working with all types of materials on temperatures up to 1100 c (2012 f). For your safety, this kiln has a secure mechanism that will disconnect this kiln’s power supply from its heating element/s if the door of this kiln is open or closed not properly. It has one 16-mm hole with a stainless steel shutter on the door to see firing object/s during all firing process. This kiln has also a digital, over/low-temperature regulation secure system to hold same temperature during the whole soaking process and a smoothing circuit digital guard for accurate reading and stability work of the temperature controller on fluctuations of electricity that is very important option for most materials.

We designed and implemented a unique air circulation system which will allow you to distribute the heat evenly inside the chamber and therefore the materials inside will be heating up evenly throughout the entire chamber. Due to increased air flow circulation, the required firing temperature can be reached in a shorter amount of time. Also, the heat being transferred more efficiently will significantly reduce the risk of overheating the heating element and consequently will extend its lifespan, which in return will make your kiln last longer
