THIS IS Wi-Fi PROGRAMMABLE TEMPERATURE CONTROLLER THAT WILL WORK WITH ANY TYPE/SIZE OF KILNS. IT CAN BE USED AS A FULL PROGRAMMABLE CONTROLLER FOR WORK WITH ANY Wi-Fi SUPPORTED INTERFACE SUCH AS SMARTPHONE, LAPTOP, PC, TABLET, TV OR (ONLY FOR MEASURING PURPOSE) AT SAME TIME WITH ANY OTHER CONTROLLER YOU MAY ALREADY HAVE FOR MEASURING TEMPERATURES IN TWO DIFFERENT POINTS OF CHAMBER/INNER.
It provides an excellent and simple way to control a temperature variability in order to have it closely match a target value. Implementing P.I.D. control offers a way to account for error over time and allows the system to self-correct. Once the temperature exceeds or drops below the target value input in the program (temperature), the P.I.D. controller starts accumulating error. This accumulated error informs future decisions the controller makes in order to limit the overshoot in the future. This allows for a better control over the programmed temperature.
This Wi-Fi programmable temperature controller will help you to convert any basic muffle kiln into an easily controlled programmable one. You will be able then to use this kiln for pottery, glass fusing, clay works, enamelling, glazing and other works which require temperature control throughout the process.
Our controller already has a Wi-Fi access point that you will get by email on order. Once you connect to it you’ll get access to the controller management soft through a web interface. You can be connected using any device with a web browser, e.g. PC, tablet, smartphone etc. independent of whether the device is Windows, Linux or iOS.
