Dear Customer,

We would like to inform you that we offer one year worldwide warranty on all electrical components of our machinery and equipment*.

We also offer all after-selling services such as repairing, upgrading and maintaining on most heating, electroplating, cleaning, polishing, welding, soldering, vulcanizing and injection machinery and other makers’equipment.

We will be more than happy to carry out preventative maintenance on your machinery, should you require it, as part of our service. Moreover, we offer a free advice on any aspect of good practice regarding the use of the equipment.  Please feel free to contact us if you have any inquiries.

Our postal and Additional Warranty For Every Customer:

We have been delivering our products all over the world since 2010 and, therefore, have a vast experience in professional packaging. However, to keep a high level of customer satisfaction we have decided to insure every parcel we dispatch. If, in the unlikely event, it will be damaged during the transit we will offer a replacement with no extra charge for you.
