About our postal warranty: we deliver our products all over the world (and have been since 2004) and therefore have vast experience in professional packaging, but to keep a high level of customer satisfaction we insure every parcel and if, in the unlikely event, that it is damaged in transit we offer a replacement at no extra cost.

About our P&P charge: we keep the best postage prices on all of our products that already include all postage fees. The cost of packing materials and full insurance on parcel/s are from the best and most trustful couriers. You’ll be able to find and choose the most suitable postal service for you during checkout BEFORE you confirm and pay for your order. You’ll be able to also cancel your order if the P&P is not acceptable to you. If you do not like our prices or do not find a required service (courier) we allow our customers to collect their orders from our workshops in London (England) and in Aberdeen (Scotland) or just organise a collection yourself, or tell us, if you know, how we can deliver the order to you quicker (cheaper) under your responsibility and we will be more than happy to do it for you.
