This is a robotic, commercial-grade programmable kiln designed for professional applications where precise temperature control, reliable operation and enhanced user safety are essential.

The kiln is equipped with a remote-controlled door, Air Extraction System, heavy-duty metal stand and emergency stop switch for additional user safety.

It also features a fully programmable temperature/time controller with 32 segments (steps), allowing you to precisely control the heating rate, cooling rate and soaking time throughout the firing cycle. This advanced programming capability makes the kiln suitable for working with a wide range of materials, including metals, clay, PMC, glass (fusing and annealing), enamels, plastics, composite materials, glazes, ceramics and porcelain, where accurate temperature control, extended heating cycles and/or automatic firing programs are critical.

Advanced Temperature Stability & Protection

IMPORTANT: This kiln is also equipped with a digital over-temperature and under-temperature regulation and protection system, designed to help maintain the programmed temperature throughout the entire soaking process.

An internal digital smoothing circuit helps protect the programmable temperature controller against fluctuations in the electrical supply, supporting more accurate temperature readings and stable controller operation.

This feature can be particularly valuable for glass, ceramic, glazing and pottery firing processes, where stable and accurate temperature control is essential for achieving consistent results.
