The R-310P-ACS is a programmable electric kiln featuring a 32-segment temperature/time controller, an adjustable Air Circulation System, and a spacious 40-litre chamber. It has been specially designed for working with a wide range of materials at temperatures of up to 1240°C (2264°F).
For enhanced safety, the kiln is equipped with a door safety mechanism that automatically disconnects the power supply to the heating elements whenever the door is opened or is not closed correctly.
A 16 mm viewing port with a stainless-steel shutter is incorporated into the kiln door, allowing you to observe the firing objects during the firing process without opening the kiln.
The R-310P-ACS also incorporates a digital over-temperature and under-temperature protection system, designed to help maintain a stable temperature during the entire soaking process. In addition, a digital smoothing circuit helps protect the temperature controller against fluctuations in the electrical supply, providing more accurate temperature readings and stable controller operation.

We have designed and implemented a unique Air Circulation System that helps distribute heat more evenly throughout the kiln chamber, ensuring that materials are heated more consistently across the entire chamber.
The increased airflow improves heat circulation and transfer, helping the kiln reach the required firing temperature more quickly and efficiently. More efficient heat distribution can also help reduce localised overheating of the heating elements, potentially extending their service life.
By improving temperature uniformity and heat transfer, our Air Circulation System provides more consistent firing results, improved heating efficiency and reduced thermal stress on the kiln’s heating elements, helping to extend the overall service life of the kiln.
