This commercial graded kiln will allow you to keep your metal hot 24/7 for multiple castings without stopping. It also will reduce the risk of heat shocks, fire on your worktop, no more cracking moulds due to heat-shock and damage of heating element. There would be no need for the additional equipment to pre-heat your moulds before pouring the metal in.

It will help to avoid mould’s heat-shock (cracks). Apart from that, it will allow you to have more room on your worktop. Safecast will help you to save on electricity (Safecast is more efficient in terms of electricity consumption comparing to traditional electric kilns being fired at top temperatures for hours), this will also greatly reduce the risk of quick disintegration of your graphite crucibles and moulds which normally occurs on top firing temperatures. This kiln will not stay at the pre-set temperature for hours. After reaching required temperature it will then automatically cool down for about 0.5-1 minute then automatically heating up again to the settled temperature and so on. This is to eliminate any damage to the heating element and for allowing you to do tenth castings without re-heating from room temperature.
