The kiln is equipped with a fully programmable and calibrated 32-segment (32-step) digital microprocessor temperature controller, allowing precise control of heating rates, cooling rates, soaking times, and firing schedules. This advanced control system enables accurate and repeatable firing results across a wide range of applications.

The kiln is suitable for processing many different materials, including: Glass (fusing, slumping, and annealing), Ceramics and Clays, Wood, Stones, PMC (Precious Metal Clays), Enamels, Plastics, Composite materials and many other temperature-sensitive materials. It is particularly valuable where precise temperature control, extended firing cycles, and fully automated operation are essential.

IMPORTANT: This kiln is also equipped with a digital high/low temperature regulation system that continuously maintains the programmed temperature throughout the entire soaking period. In addition, the controller incorporates an internal digital smoothing and protection circuit that helps ensure stable and accurate temperature readings, even during fluctuations in the electrical supply. This feature is especially important for demanding firing processes where temperature stability and consistency are critical.
