THIS 1300°C ELECTRICAL MUFFLE KILN features a spacious 11.5-litre chamber and a fully programmable 32-segment temperature/time controller. It is specifically designed for processing a wide range of popular materials, including metals, ceramics, pottery, glazes, stones, enamels, and many others requiring firing temperatures of up to 1300°C (2372°F).

For enhanced user safety, the kiln is equipped with a door safety interlock system that automatically disconnects power to the heating element(s) whenever the door is opened or not properly closed.

The kiln also incorporates a 16 mm viewing port fitted with a stainless-steel shutter, allowing the operator to observe firing objects throughout the firing process without opening the door.

To ensure precise and reliable operation, the kiln is fitted with a digital over-temperature and under-temperature protection and regulation system that maintains stable temperatures throughout the entire soaking cycle. In addition, a digital smoothing circuit guard minimizes the effects of electrical supply fluctuations, providing accurate temperature readings and stable controller performance. These features are particularly important for demanding ceramic, glazing, pottery, enamelling, and heat-treatment applications where precise temperature control is essential for consistent firing results.
