This, 1130 C, new generation, electric melting kiln with build in heating element’s protection system for non-stop works in busy workshops: Gold, Silver, Brass, Copper, Aluminium casting processes.

This electrically heated metal melting kiln with a digital P.I.D. temperature controller is specifically designed for melting up to 100 oz (3 kg) of pure gold, as well as other metals with melting points of up to approximately 1100°C (2012°F).

The kiln is equipped with a digital temperature controller that allows temperatures to be set and maintained between 20°C (68°F) and 1130°C (2066°F). Once connected to a power supply and switched on, the kiln will gradually heat up until the selected temperature is reached.

To help protect the heating element from excessive wear and heat damage, the kiln is designed to maintain the selected temperature for approximately 10–15 minutes. After this period, the temperature will automatically decrease by approximately 200–300°C before rising back to the pre-set temperature. This cycle will continue automatically until the kiln is switched off.

For added convenience, the kiln will emit an audible alarm when the pre-set temperature is reached. The alarm can be turned off using the alarm switch or will stop automatically once the temperature begins to decrease as part of the operating cycle.

Depending on the quantity, size, and type of metal being melted, the kiln typically reaches its maximum temperature of 1130°C (2066°F) within approximately 60 minutes.
