Description

The 1300P-ACS model kiln is a professional electric muffle kiln featuring an Air circulation system, a 32-segment programmable temperature/time controller, and an 11.5-litre chamber. It is specially designed for firing and heat treatment of a wide range of popular materials, including metals, ceramics, pottery, glazes, stones, enamels, and many others requiring temperatures of up to 1300°C (2372°F).

For enhanced safety, the kiln is equipped with a door safety interlock that automatically disconnects power to the heating elements whenever the door is opened or not properly closed. The door also features a 16 mm ventilation and viewing hole with a stainless steel shutter, allowing the firing process to be monitored without opening the kiln.

To ensure accurate and reliable operation, the kiln incorporates a digital over-temperature and under-temperature protection system that maintains a stable temperature throughout the entire soaking process. It is also fitted with a digital smoothing circuit that protects the programmable controller from fluctuations in the electrical supply, ensuring accurate temperature readings and stable controller performance.

The built-in Air Circulation System (ACS) provides more uniform heat distribution throughout the chamber, making this kiln particularly suitable for applications where even heating is essential, such as ceramic firing, pottery, glazing, enamelling, and heat treatment of metals.
