THIS R-1050B BURNOUT ELECTRICAL MUFFLE KILN features an 11.5-litre chamber and a fully programmable 32-segment temperature/time controller. It is specifically designed for all burnout applications, with or without flasks, and is suitable for use with all types of waxes, resins, and investment casting materials at temperatures up to 1050°C (1922°F).

The kiln is equipped with a powerful forced air-extraction system (1 m³/min) to efficiently remove fumes generated during the burnout process, ensuring cleaner and more effective operation.

For enhanced user safety, the kiln incorporates a door safety interlock system that automatically disconnects power to the heating element(s) whenever the door is opened or not properly closed.

The kiln also features a 16 mm viewing port fitted with a stainless-steel shutter, allowing the operator to observe the firing process without opening the door.

A digital over-temperature and under-temperature regulation system continuously maintains accurate temperature control throughout the entire soaking cycle. In addition, the programmable controller is protected by a digital smoothing circuit guard that minimizes the effects of electrical supply fluctuations, providing stable operation and highly accurate temperature readings—an important feature for precision heating processes.
